How can I track my order?


As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Tracking may not be available for international orders.  If you have a problem tracking your order, please contact us.


Why should I create a customer account?


You certainly don’t have to create an account, but if you do, your information will be saved with us and will make future purchases much faster.


What if the item I am looking for is sold out?


We hate that too!!  Please contact us and we will let you know if that item is on reorder.


I received an item as a gift.  Can I exchange it?


Yes!  We want you to love what you get.  Contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


What is your jewelry made out of?


All of the metal hardware and accents on our jewelry is made of plated base metal and meets all safety standards.  All pieces are nickle and lead free or compliant.


How should I care for my jewelry?


We want your pieces to last a long time!  Be sure never to get your jewelry wet.  Harsh chemicals and skin oils can damage your jewelry.  We recommend that it is the last thing you put on (even after perfume and lotion).  It is best not to wear when you exercise, sleep, swim or shower.  Be sure to wipe your pieces clean and store them carefully.
